Awarded 4 stars by Visit Britain this 4 bedroom cottage is also converted from old farm buildings and thoughtfully designed to offer spacious accommodation of a very high standard. This property would suit the larger family or 2 families wishing to holiday together and as with all our cottages has the benefit of a delightful secure lawned garden and patio overlooking sheep fields offering total privacy.
Ground Floor: beautiful modern kitchen. Shower room with wc and wash hand basin. Separate lounge/dining area, door to rear garden and stairs leading to first floor with feature galleried landing. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom.
First Floor: Delightful spacious galleried landing. One double bedroom with ample room for cot or z-bed if required, vanity sink and shaver point. One twin bedroom. Separate bathroom with 3 piece suite and shower attachment on bath, shaver point.
Facilities: gas cooker and separate gas hob, microwave, fridge (incorporating small freezer), washing machine, kettle, toaster. Bed linen supplied (towels available @ £5.00 per person per pack). Freeview LCD TV and DVD, CD player. Full oil fired central heating (underfloor heating to ground floor) and electricity included in rent. Smoke alarm.
Z-bed/cot/highchair available at no extra cost. Patio furniture. Secure storage for bikes. Ample private parking. No smoking inside cottage. No pets.
